My name is Joseph Fees. I am the newest member of the Crossroads team as the inside sales agent making outbound calls to set appointments and assist with customer care. I grew up in Olathe, Kansas pretty much my entire life. I was an only child and had a very good childhood that consisted of a lot of sports and running around with the neighborhood kids and friends. I contribute my work ethic today and focus on my profession because my parents made me get into every sport as a kid and getting me an electric guitar at the age of 13 (and actually making me practice everyday). My parents grew up in Nebraska so I am a Cornhusker through and through on top of being an avid Chiefs and Royals fanatic, of course. I have been married for 5 years now to my wife Melissa Fees. We met at college a week before our birthday. That is significant because we share the same birthday (same day and year, she is 5 hours older than me) and I did not believe her so asked her to show me her id! We exchanged numbers then and became friends for a few months and started dating the next year January 5th, 2010. After that, as they say, the rest is history. We have a pug/chihuahua mix named Nelson. We adopted him at Great Plains and got him because his name was my middle name so we thought it was meant to be. He is the cutest and most spoiled dog in the world. If you ever are at our office you might run into him playing with one of his “puppies” or chasing his tail! I have been licensed in real estate since 2017. I choose a career in real estate because it is the best vehicle in my opinion for anyone who wants to help people and have a lucrative sales profession. I had a couple other sales jobs and there hasn’t been a job like real estate where I can make a huge impact for clients, myself, and my family. Outside of real estate my wife and I enjoy going on vacations and exploring new cities, attending sporting events, and enjoying time with friends and family. I am super excited to be a part of the Crossroads team and grow with the team and all our wonderful clients.
